FROM THE NORTH (FROM DEKALB, I-88, FOX VALLEY MALL AREA, GENEVA, ST CHARLES, WHEATON)
Take Rte 59 south from the mall area. You will pass Ogden (Rte 34) and 75th street, which is a major intersection. You will then encounter two more lights, the second of which is our intersection (83rd street). 83rd street is also called Montgomery Rd. The US Bank is on the corner of that intersection. Turn right onto Montgomery and then make an immediate left into our medical complex. (SEE NEXT SECTION)
FROM THE SOUTH (FROM SOUTH NAPERVILLE AND PLAINFIELD AREA)
Take Rte 59 North. The cross streets will count down by number. As you come into Naperville you will cross 111th, then 95th, then 87th and finally reach 83rd. 83rd street is also called Montgomery Rd. There is a US bank on the southwest corner of that intersection. Turn left onto Montgomery Rd and then make an
immediate left into our medical complex. (SEE NEXT SECTION)
FROM THE EAST (MAIN NAPERVILLE, DOWNERS, WOODRIDGE, BOLINGBROOK) - Come west across 75th street until you get to Rte 59. Go left (south) onto Rte 59. You will encounter two more lights, the second of which is our intersection (83rd St). 83rd street is also called MONTGOMERY RD. The US bank is on the corner. Turn right on Montgomery Rd and then make an
immediate left into our medical complex. (SEE NEXT SECTION)
FROM THE WEST (MONTGOMERY, OSWEGO, YORKVILLE, SANDWICH) - Take Ogden Avenue (Rte 34) east to Rte 59. Turn right (south) at Ogden onto 59. You will pass 75th street, which is a large intersection. You will then encounter two more lights, the second of which is our intersection (83rd street). 83rd street is also called Montgomery Rd. The US bank is on the corner of that intersection. Turn right onto Montgomery Rd and then make an

NEXT SECTION
Our center faces Montgomery Road and will be the first building on the right…look for the large green and black sign that says MCAI. Look for the double glass doors in the very front middle of the building. Park and go through the double glass doors. Please remember to bring in your photo id, insurance card and any prescription from your doctor.

FROM SOUTH (south Joliet/ I-80) – Take I-80 to the Rte. 7 Larkin Ave. exit. Proceed north on Larkin to Black Rd. Take a Left on Black Rd. Proceed to 129
