MRI Services

The MRI suites at MCAI are equipped with the most comfortable, highest resolution scanners in the world, including the newer ‘High Definition’ 3T scanner.  These scanners allow patients of all ages and size to be scanned in comfort while still achieving the highest quality images possible anywhere!  Rooms are individually decorated with various themes, from the olive groves of a Tuscan countryside to a comfortable bungalow in Fiji overlooking serene blue waters. Our advanced hybrid scanners offer the comfort of an open MRI without sacrificing the quality like the older traditional open MRI scanners.

Areas of Specialty include:

• Sports Imaging including MR Arthrograms
• Breast MRI for high risk screening and newly diagnosed breast cancer patients
• Advanced Brain Imaging for headaches, brain tumors, multiple sclerosis, inner ear dysfunction and pituitary problems.
• Geriatric imaging. We have the patience and the staff to allow your love one to be treated with the care and respect not possible at other facilities.
• Pediatric imaging. Patients over 4 years of age can often be scanned without the need for costly and potentially dangerous sedation.

How to prepare for my MRI exam
